Sometimes the delays for regular shipping are longer than normal, depending on busy periods or statutory holidays. At this time, it is normal to observe a longer delivery time.

When we ship your product, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number.

If however after 10 days you have not received anything, contact us at: customer.care@sarahha.com and we will be happy to help you!

If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.

Sarah Ha Jewelry is not responsible for additional customs fees upon receipt of your package. These charges are sometimes observed for shipments outside of the United States. Please check with your customs office to avoid additional charges.
