Our Return Policy
Here at Sarah Ha Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may take advantage of our easy return policy offered for most products sold through this site. If you do not like your product for anyr reason, let us know and we will accommodate your needs. Custom designed merchandise or items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged unless you received them in a defective state.

How to Return a Product
Before returning any product, please email our customer.care@sarahha.com to let us know who you are when you send in the return.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, Sarah Ha Jewelry will refund your original method of payment for the purchase price paid.
